Premium Wedding Package
This full service package provides wedding planning as well as supervision from beginning to end. We will help you determine a budget, interview vendors and venues, attend meetings, set timelines, coordinate with all vendors before and on the day of the wedding and most importantly never stray away from our client's needs and desires.
Included but not limited to providing vendors for the following:
- Floral/Decorations
- Music & Entertainment
- Transportation
- Caterer
- Photography & Videography
- Lodging
- Wedding Officiate
- Reception Hall/Restaurant
- Invitations
- Make-Up & Hair Stylists
- Honeymoon location
Including:
- Unlimited Consultation Appointments, with vendors as needed
- Attend Menu Tasting with client and assist with menu selection
- Unlimited Email contact and phone calls with client
- Day of Services
- Responsible for final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Fee is 15% of wedding budget
Partial Wedding Planning Package
This package is best for brides and grooms who have already chosen the reception location and some of their vendors. We are here to assist with any other vendors you need help finding and we will be present the day of your wedding.
Including:
- Initial Consultation with the client
- Create a monthly timeline for the client
- Assistance with Vendor selection
- Unlimited email contact and phone calls with client
- Confirm with all vendors 1 week prior to wedding
- Day of Services
- Responsible for final payments/gratuities as needed to vendors
- Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Flat fee plus hourly rate dependent on client Needs
